Planned Parenthood affiliates across Tennessee aggressively promote and perform abortions. To protect their lucrative practice, Planned Parenthood regularly initiates court challenges against even the most common sense legal protections for women and children, policies including informed consent, waiting periods and parental involvement provisions for minor children seeking abortions.

At the same time that they challenge the will of Tennessee’s people in courts, Planned Parenthood enjoys significant subsidies from state and federal contracts including 1.1 million dollars in 2007 alone.

Enough is Enough!

This simply must end.

Join Tennessee's pro-life majority in demanding that legislators act in 2008 to end preferential treatment for the pro-abortion movement and to redirect tax funding to agencies that do not counsel or perform abortion.
